Personal Training and Nutrituion Coaching

Sport and fitness as well as a healthy and balanced diet play the main role in personal training.
Depending on your training goals, these two main characteristics are individually adapted for you.
Especially at the beginning of your training sessions it is important to create a complete and comprehensive plan to achieve your personal training goals.

Do you have the desire and the will to change something?
Overcome your inner bastard and go to your limits. You will be amazed at what you are capable of!

Or do you already train regularly and want to optimize your training and increase your performance?

I will gladly support you on this path and lead you to your personal success.

My personal challenges

You are magic. Don’t apologize to the fire in you.

Motivation, joy and passion bring you to your goal. In the past I have also successfully mastered one or two challenges. Of course such a preparation is no walk in the park. First and foremost is the time factor. To “allow” yourself the time for training and preparation is nowadays often very difficult due to the job and also private circumstances.

In addition, there is also an enormous amount of discipline, because I too have had days in the preparation so far, where I would have preferred to stay in bed in the morning or would have liked to drink a glass of wine at a glittering party.

The emphasis here is on “would have” … of course I didn’t. I neither broke down nor did I get intoxicated with various spirits! You’re probably wondering… a glass of wine… why not?! I say clearly NO!

Such “dropouts” affect the training enormously. When I prepare myself for something, I give 100%, “no excuses” is my motto.

Factor 3 is the pain you have to endure during certain training sessions. Especially when preparing for the 100km Challenge, I have asked myself one or two times why I do this at all. Open, bleeding feet and blue toenails are not exactly what a lady wants. Nevertheless, it was one of the most important and incredible experiences I had.

Every challenge brings a lot of positive things with it. You learn more about yourself and your body. You reach your limits or are surprised because you didn’t believe what you had inside you before. On this way you get to know people who inspire you. And the very best thing is that these moments, no matter if training or competition, belong to you alone. Stay motivated and burn for what you love.
